Hospital Valet Parking Services

We Know Hospitality! Trust PMSA to Provide Your Hospital Valet Parking Service.

There are a variety of benefits from a medical center offering a valet service.

hospital valet parking

Hospital valet parking services are very especially valuable time management. By offering valet parking for their guests, the medical center will help their visitors avoid spending valuable time searching for a parking space. This results in efficient time management and convenience for their valued guests. This is especially the case for the handicapped, as many handicapped drivers require valet attendants to assist them in the event that they are carrying heavy loads or whenever they are unable to walk long distances from or to the parking lot.

Offering such a valet service to the visitors is especially convenient in challenging weather conditions such as a heavy rain storm. PMSA and our parking attendants are well insured and knowledgeable. We train and educate our staff about nearly every make and model of each car along with any quirks such as alarm systems and today’s keyless ignition systems. PMSA employs professional and experienced parking attendants that have the ability to park cars closer and straighter when compared to most of their visitors. This factor alone is one of the significant benefits as this will save hospitals more space in their parking lot garage and prevent their daily visitors from the inconvenience of going to different floors in order to search for additional parking.

Stack Parking

An added benefit of implementing a valet service in a medical center is that it will allow for “stack parking.” This is the term that is generally referred to whenever it is possible to pack more cars into a given physical space. These operations involve the parking attendants to hold in their possession all of the vehicle keys as this will allow them to park the cars two or more rows deep, giving them the ability to move cars out-of-the-way to free a blocked-in car when needed.

Lane Stacking

Now let’s discuss “lane stacking.” This is one of the more popular ways of operating a hospital valet parking service. Lane stacking is useful whenever guests are set to arrive about the same time. The purpose of lane stacking is to keep the incoming traffic lane efficiently moving forward, allowing the valet service to quickly check in the arriving guests. Lane stacking is usually accomplished by delegating one or two of the valet parking attendants to be the “stackers”. These parking attendants will simply move each car up by about fifty feet or so and prepare it for a quick “take-away” for another returning valet to park. This operation is then repeated over and over until all of the arriving cars are parked. Lane stacking utilizes as much traffic lane space as it is possible, but this procedure greatly accelerates the traffic flow in the most efficient manner possible!
