Shipping & Returns Policy

Standard shipping is generally included in the quoted purchase price unless otherwise specified in writing.

Shipping arrangements, delivery estimates, and any additional freight or handling charges will be communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, shipping destination, and carrier conditions.

All parking signs, valet podiums, and related equipment purchased from PMSA are considered final sale.

PMSA does not accept returns or exchanges for correctly fulfilled orders, including changes of preference, incorrect customer selections, or equipment no longer needed.

This policy applies to standard and custom-ordered merchandise. Refunds, merchandise credits, and exchanges are not offered for these circumstances.

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly upon delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears defective, please contact PMSA as soon as reasonably possible with the order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when available.

PMSA will review the matter and coordinate an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law, product warranties, and the terms of sale.

Customers should retain the original packaging and should not return merchandise without first contacting PMSA for instructions.

Custom-fabricated signs, branded valet podiums, and specially ordered equipment are produced or sourced according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable product specifications, dimensions, artwork, and order details before production or fulfillment.
