My apartment complex uses PMSA for the valet services and the staff is nothing short of amazing. They are always courteous, polite and accommodating. I have 3 young children, so I use the service daily, because its a major convenience and I have never had an unpleasant experience. They even help me with my infants car seat when needed( its super heavy). On the rare occasion that theres a small delay (never the fault of the valet), the guys are super apologetic and rectify things immediately. I live at one of the properties that this company services, and everyone working there is absolutely incredible! They provide amazing customer service to me, my friends, and family and are all so kind, professional, and friendly. I have great relationships with the staff- they always brighten my day! Best valet service I’ve ever dealt with. Some of the nicest and most professional group of individuals that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Prompt service. Excellent attitude. I've utilized this valet service at The Legacy at Westwood Apartments and they are great. The car is always brought up in a decent time frame upon request. The valet at the Legacy is professional, kind and friendly. Our car always comes on time when I request it and is in good hands with this team. My husband and I have built a strong connection with AJ. He is always greeting us with a smile no matter how tired he is and is always so helpful. AJ, Qusay, Victor, Russell, Romy, and David are the best. AJ and Q are the most easygoing people to have a conversation with. Victor is always so kind and happy to help me unload/load my things out or into my car. Russell always warmly greets me hello every time I go for my morning run. Romy is always so sweet and offers to help me out. (Sorry for always forgetting to give you my car keys haha). David has a cool Russian accent. The app to request/drop off your car is very convenient and efficient. You simply click the request button and it notifies you when your car has arrived. This crew takes excellent care of our car and are always extremely friendly. They drive every kind of car imaginable (which helped appease any concerns I initially had about trusting them with my car).
