These guys are awesome! I live at Legacy at Westwood apartments and honestly I could write for hours how awesome our Valet Team is! Always professional, clean looking and efficient with time when getting my car and other people’s cars out and inside of the garage. So far the service has always been top notch, the team members are always helpful, positive and professional. I definitely would recommend their services to anyone needing Top Level Valet service. The valet at the Legacy is professional, kind and friendly. Our car always comes on time when I request it and is in good hands with this team. My husband and I have built a strong connection with AJ. He is always greeting us with a smile no matter how tired he is and is always so helpful. I have had the BEST experience with Parking Management Services of America, specifically at The Legacy at Westwood.  The valet service is run professionally and with care, the valet attendants are polite and attentive.  I would like to make mention of two wmployees in particular: AJ and Qusaythey are outstanding in their profession, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when I'm unloading my vehicle. Hiring this company was such a great decision.  We have a very high volume clientele with MANY parking challenges in and around our property - this staff not only is extremely fast, but the customer service they provide is some of the best I have ever seen in a valet company.  The head valet is ALWAYS polite, hard working and looks to solve problems.  Eric (owner) addresses issues very promptly, efficiently and is one of the most professional men I've ever done business with.  I would highly recommend this service to any and all!
