Our office moved to Ventura Blvd. in Studio City about a year ago and we hosted a big Open House to celebrate with hundreds of guests. Eric at Parking Management Services coincidentally came by our new space and, after meeting him and discovering what a personable professional he was, we decided to use Parking Management Services. What a great decision! Eric and his staff were excellent. I'm happy to report that each employee was courteous, prompt, hard-working and indefatigable. I can't praise the valet parking team at our luxury community enough! Their service is simply outstanding and has added an extra touch of luxury to our living experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat.

The valet attendants were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel like VIPs every time we pulled up to the entrance. Their attention to detail was evident, ensuring that our vehicle was parked safely and securely.

What impressed us the most was the efficiency of the valet team. Whether it was a busy Saturday night or a weekday morning rush, they managed to handle the parking with impeccable organization. There was never a long wait, and they had a system in place that made the process smooth and hassle-free.

AJ, Qusay, Victor, Russell, Romy, and David are the best. AJ and Q are the most easygoing people to have a conversation with. Victor is always so kind and happy to help me unload/load my things out or into my car. Russell always warmly greets me hello every time I go for my morning run. My apartment complex uses PMSA for the valet services and the staff is nothing short of amazing. They are always courteous, polite and accommodating. I have 3 young children, so I use the service daily, because it’s a major convenience and I have never had an unpleasant experience. They even help me with my infants car seat when needed( it’s super heavy). On the rare occasion that there’s a small delay (never the fault of the valet), the guys are super apologetic and rectify things immediately.
