The valet at the Legacy is professional, kind and friendly. Our car always comes on time when I request it and is in good hands with this team. My husband and I have built a strong connection with AJ. He is always greeting us with a smile no matter how tired he is and is always so helpful. I have had other parking management companies before and none of them compare to parking management services of America. My apartment complex uses PMSA for the valet services and the staff is nothing short of amazing. They are always courteous, polite and accommodating. I have 3 young children, so I use the service daily, because it’s a major convenience and I have never had an unpleasant experience. They even help me with my infants car seat when needed( it’s super heavy). On the rare occasion that there’s a small delay (never the fault of the valet), the guys are super apologetic and rectify things immediately. Always professional, clean looking and efficient with time when getting my car and other people’s cars out and inside of the garage. Our office moved to Ventura Blvd. in Studio City about a year ago and we hosted a big Open House to celebrate with hundreds of guests. Eric at Parking Management Services coincidentally came by our new space and, after meeting him and discovering what a personable professional he was, we decided to use Parking Management Services. What a great decision! Eric and his staff were excellent. I'm happy to report that each employee was courteous, prompt, hard-working and indefatigable. This crew takes excellent care of our car and are always extremely friendly. They drive every kind of car imaginable (which helped appease any concerns I initially had about trusting them with my car).
