I can't praise the valet parking team at our luxury community enough! Their service is simply outstanding and has added an extra touch of luxury to our living experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat.

The valet attendants were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel like VIPs every time we pulled up to the entrance. Their attention to detail was evident, ensuring that our vehicle was parked safely and securely.

What impressed us the most was the efficiency of the valet team. Whether it was a busy Saturday night or a weekday morning rush, they managed to handle the parking with impeccable organization. There was never a long wait, and they had a system in place that made the process smooth and hassle-free.

I have had the BEST experience with Parking Management Services of America, specifically at The Legacy at Westwood.  The valet service is run professionally and with care, the valet attendants are polite and attentive.  I would like to make mention of two wmployees in particular: AJ and Qusaythey are outstanding in their profession, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when I'm unloading my vehicle. Hiring this company was such a great decision.  We have a very high volume clientele with MANY parking challenges in and around our property - this staff not only is extremely fast, but the customer service they provide is some of the best I have ever seen in a valet company.  The head valet is ALWAYS polite, hard working and looks to solve problems.  Eric (owner) addresses issues very promptly, efficiently and is one of the most professional men I've ever done business with.  I would highly recommend this service to any and all! The app to request/drop off your car is very convenient and efficient. You simply click the request button and it notifies you when your car has arrived. Always professional, clean looking and efficient with time when getting my car and other people’s cars out and inside of the garage. My apartment complex uses PMSA for the valet services and the staff is nothing short of amazing. They are always courteous, polite and accommodating. I have 3 young children, so I use the service daily, because its a major convenience and I have never had an unpleasant experience. They even help me with my infants car seat when needed( its super heavy). On the rare occasion that theres a small delay (never the fault of the valet), the guys are super apologetic and rectify things immediately. I truly appreciate AJ, Romy, Russell and Victor.
